Does this mean I can use VLC to stream directly to my Samsung LE32C630(K1W) via ethernet? There are many servers already supporting DLNA, but I can only use the Samsung PC Share Manager, because it is the only one that supports (.SRT) subtitles.
How about VLC? Is this going to work? I hope so, because VLC is one of the best available.

Very well,
VLC gets/already has support for DLNS/UPnP media streaming, but how about the client side.
To set up a UPnP/DLNA Media Server nowadays is as easy as eating cookies.
But a well working Client still has to be found.

Mirsal,

Definitely...I searched all over for any news about the support for this in VLC and just found a lot of other people posting about "looking for DLNA/UPnP in VLC" !!! So I think support is universal on this one!

If possible I will be following progress :)

Thanks for your hard work too!
