“JoJo” There are MANY more articles and sources where those came from. I don’t just post opinions on speculation. HP suffered greatly, ask the employees they laid off as a result. eBay has been begging for customers to come back, for the first time having commercials on TV. Netflix just reported a loss of 800,000 customers, and a little research will show, unquestionably, that Apple was about to fold in the late 90′s.

What lies am I posting? Please be clear in your response as I would like to be sure of my facts.

I believe eBay plants buyers randomly to do this. I’ve had the same thing happen to me. When I complained on the message boards, it happened a few more times with customer support taunting me in their exaggerated intention not to go after the buyer. They were three different buyers with the same vibe. I think it was eBay. Notice how you don’t see a whole lot of attacks against eBay on their message baords? It’s widely believed that eBay will punish sellers who complain.

I live in Carlsbad, California and just submitted the following message to Congressman Bilbray’s contact page, it’s been 5 minutes and his site seems to be “Down.”

We feel VERY strongly about the new debt ceiling increase. And we believe strongly that Obama’s tax issues are legitimate.

We lost our house this year, to a bank that qualified us for a home loan modification, then changed the terms 2 months into the new payments.

We have lost everything, but other Americans don’t have to. PLEASE vote for Obama’s balanced plan. Increasing revenues as well as reducing spending is the ONLY WAY.

More on the new structure. I was told to average a number when making a shipping discount. if i average my weights then its from 1 ounce to 1 lb. so its 8 ounces.. averaging means that 1/2 the people will be overcharged for shipping and the other half will be undercharged. what that means is a 2.1/2 feedback score there i will be thrwon off ebay from their own sugestions. you cant stay on ebay with a 2 1/2 rated on dsr. again 50 % overcharged and 50 % ubndercharged ..if ithey are undercharged i need to pay the difference or ask for additoopnal shipping …al that does is aggravate the buyer there for its a lose lose. on the feedback……ebay is in trouble. they cant claculate anything right now, they do not see the 5 new shipping options the usps.com has come up with. this January 2011. ebay doesn not see the light. only greed…they have many problems now …its going to bad newS come july excessive shipping. many sellers DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE SUGGESTIONS IN THE LANGUAGE. SELLERS DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE NEW SHIPPING DISCOUNT OPTIONS..THE LANGUAGE IS CONFUSING AND STILL WRONG EVEN WITH THERE EXAMPLES SHOWING 40 % DISCOUNTS …..THEY STILL FORGET ABOUT FLAT RATE BOXES AND ENVELOPES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ITS 17 CENTS AN OUNCE TO SHIP……..UP TO 13 OUNCES AFTER THAT ITS FLAT RATE SHIPPING OR STRAIGHT PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING………………EBAY IS IN TROUBLE CLASS ACTIONS COMING AND I WILL BE THE FIRST ON LINE. EBAY CLAIMS THEY WILL NOT REFUND BACK THE COMMISSION ON EXCESS SHIPPING IF THE SELLER REFUNDS IT BACK TO THE BUYER. Wait until the new structure happens this july. ebay cant get the shipping right now. wait until the excessive shipping will be calcutated in the fees we pay. they demand that you come up with shipping discounts on multiple orders. ebay doesnt have it right now…….they should be taking the second additional prices on shipping not the 1st hiughest number. Does this mean I can use VLC to stream directly to my Samsung LE32C630(K1W) via ethernet? There are many servers already supporting DLNA, but I can only use the Samsung PC Share Manager, because it is the only one that supports (.SRT) subtitles.
How about VLC? Is this going to work? I hope so, because VLC is one of the best available.

ANOTHER Update…not such a good one. My Apple Composite AV Cable connector doesn’t seem to fit with the iPhone 4 bumper case. NOT a good situation. The AV cable is how I get audio and video and power when I’m in my car. So I ended up literally sawing off about an eighth of an inch off of the plastic part of the connector and now it works just fine. I then strategically placed electrical tape over the copper shielding and the electronic components that were partially exposed as a result of the modification. DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME. You will risk destroying the cable entirely. Enjoy!

VLC gets/already has support for DLNS/UPnP media streaming, but how about the client side.
To set up a UPnP/DLNA Media Server nowadays is as easy as eating cookies.
But a well working Client still has to be found.

Ok, it’s official…I did it again. Utilized AT&T’s “early upgrade” option to take advantage of the $199 (plus taxes, etc $251) pricing of the new iPhone 4, then proceeded to sell my used 3GS on eBay for $249 (I included free USPS shipping).

The total expense: Under $20, eBay listing fees and shipping.

This is great. Always get the new phone for minimal expense.

Now I just have to purchase a new screen protector and case. Antenna problems? None I’m worried about.

Why does Apple have such a tight approval and standards process with the iPhone App Store? Because of this…Windows Mobile Smartphone apps have no approval process and now people are getting viruses through these unmonitored apps.
