Why the heck is our goverment spending bilions of dollars of our hard earned tax money to send rockets and robots to other planets to look for alien bugs when we got plenty of aliens here already? We got aliens sneaking in here from every country, especially Mexico and Korea, and those liberals are just using even more money to help them. The way I see it, we're spending too much money looking for and then supporting aliens of all sorts and we don't have enough money left over to do the right things. First, clean up this mess in the Iraq and Iran. Kennedy (Democrat!) started the expensive crazy space program and what did it get us tax payers? Microwave ovens and kids with wacko dreams of becoming space rangers. I can live without a microwave. More about my kid later. Then Reagan (Republican) turned the space program into something useful - a military threat - and Bush is continuing the fight to get funding yanked from NASA so as we can buy our boys in the middle east the right equipment so they can finish the job there. Hell, if my garden is invested with gophers, does it make sense for me to spend my pay check to build a bowling alley? God knows how much I love bowling, too. Hell no. Second, education. This space shit is everywhere and I admit it's entertaining - I love to see some white space dude blast an ugly green alien - but it ain't no job nobody can get right now. Farming's been my families way of life for more than 100 years, but my son doesn't want to be a farmer. He says farming is for "beaners" and instead of teaching him things he can use to help feed people - what could be more rewarding? - our schools are teaching him math, physics, chemistry... stuff he won't need. So, what does all this have to do with space? Priorities. Our priorities here right now are all messed up. George W has tried to fix things and we need someone like him to stick things out. We need to spend our tax money right here in America keeping aliens out, pushing the radical muslins back into their caves, and teaching our kids things that matter - Love God, protect your country, and find decent honest work.

Mirsal,

Definitely...I searched all over for any news about the support for this in VLC and just found a lot of other people posting about "looking for DLNA/UPnP in VLC" !!! So I think support is universal on this one!

If possible I will be following progress :)

Thanks for your hard work too!
